Learn momentum patterns on real alerts — without risking anything

Momentum trading looks simple from the outside. Inside, it's a craft of pattern recognition, risk management, and emotional discipline. BullAlert is your lab: live scanner alerts, in-depth pattern guides, and Edgar — a paper-trading bot you can study daily.

This page is an educational path. Nothing here is financial advice. Always do your own DD before touching real capital.

Your 30-day learning path

  1. Week 1 — Watch. Open the dashboard daily. Read each alert's pattern (GAP_UP, VWAP_RECLAIM, PARABOLIC_MOVE, etc.). Don't trade anything. Just notice the shape.
  2. Week 2 — Read. Study our blog posts on ORB, VWAP reclaim, gap-and-go, and bull flag setups. Match the posts to live alerts you saw in week 1.
  3. Week 3 — Follow Edgar. Read the Edgar page and watch how the paper bot enters and exits live alerts. Why did it enter? Why did it exit? Note every stop loss and every take profit.
  4. Week 4 — Reflect. Write down which patterns you understand well and which still confuse you. Re-read the blog posts for the confusing ones.

Core concepts we teach

Relative volume (RVOL)

The one volume metric that matters. We compute time-adjusted RVOL that accounts for intraday U-shape volume curves.

VWAP

The single line every small-cap trader watches. We detect VWAP reclaim as its own pattern.

Stop placement

Edgar uses multi-stage stops (initial → breakeven → trailing → parabolic) so you see the mechanics in action.

Session selection

Why pre-market runs fade at 9:30am. Why after-hours catches are different. Each Edgar bot is locked to one session to teach session selection by example.

What we are — and aren't

BullAlert is an educational scanner and paper-trading simulator. We are not a broker, not a financial advisor, and not a money manager. We teach pattern recognition on real market data. When you eventually trade with real money, you'll do it through your own licensed broker and your own research process.

Start your 30-day lab

A 7-day free trial unlocks the live scanner. Pair it with the public alert history to study past runners and the Edgar page to see how a paper bot handles the same setups.
