No. BullAlert is not a broker, not a registered investment advisor, and does not execute trades. We are a data tool. You bring your own broker (Interactive Brokers, Schwab, your platform of choice) and make every entry and exit decision yourself. We surface a ranked watchlist of our top momentum picks — your bot, your spreadsheet, or your own judgement turns those into action.

US-traded small-cap stocks — roughly 500 tickers in the active universe at any given time. We focus on this band because it is where structural volume expansion produces the largest catch-to-peak deltas, and where social-source signals matter most. Large caps, ETFs, and non-US tickers are out of scope.

Yes. Our algorithm produces outputs across all three US trading sessions: pre-market (8:00 AM – 9:30 AM ET), regular hours (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET), and after-hours (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET). Each session is treated as an independent universe with its own historical catch%, peak%, and threshold set — a pre-market signal does not carry forward into regular hours. We re-run our model on the historical corpus on 5-minute boundaries; we never stream live exchange data.

Both are historical observations — they describe a setup after the session has closed, computed from historical bars, never from a live feed. catch% is the price change at the moment our algorithm caught the ticker, frozen at catch — it never updates. peak% is the highest subsequent price recorded in the historical session window after our algorithm caught the setup, finalized at session close against bar-resolution truth. The gap between them — the catch-to-peak delta — is the only honest measure of how early our algorithm caught the move. Read the methodology page for the full canonical rule.

The plans differ only in commitment and price: Weekly ($29/wk) is the most flexible — pause anytime, no trial. Monthly ($69/mo) includes a 3-day free trial and is the most popular tier. Yearly ($399/yr) saves 52% versus paying monthly and adds priority support plus early access to new tools.

Yes — the monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial. The weekly plan has no trial since it is already commitment-free at $29/week, and the yearly plan does not include a trial either. Cancel any time during the monthly trial and you are not charged.

Yes. Subscriptions cancel anytime from the billing portal — no calls, no emails, no retention scripts. The weekly plan is functionally month-to-month at week-level granularity. The monthly and yearly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

No. Nothing BullAlert publishes — alerts, scores, tier grades, momentum reads, volume bands, pattern labels, or daily reports — constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Yes. Every paid plan ships with a public REST endpoint (/v1/watchlist, plus alerts and signals companions) and an MCP server you can plug into Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any other AI agent in one config line. One API key per account, mint and revoke from the dashboard. The in-app chat bubble runs on the same primitives.
