No. BullAlert is not a broker, not a registered investment advisor, and does not execute trades. We are a data tool. You bring your own broker (Interactive Brokers, Alpaca, your platform of choice) and make every entry and exit decision yourself. We surface signals — your bot, your notebook, or your own judgement turns those into action.

US-traded small caps and penny stocks under $20 — roughly 500 tickers in the active universe at any given time. We focus on this band because it is where structural volume expansion produces the largest catch-to-peak deltas, and where social-source signals matter most. Large caps, ETFs, and non-US tickers are out of scope.

Yes. The scanner runs across all three US trading sessions: pre-market (4:00–9:30 AM ET), regular hours (9:30 AM–4:00 PM ET), and after-hours (4:00–8:00 PM ET). Each session is treated as an independent universe with its own catch%, peak%, and threshold set — a pre-market signal does not carry forward into regular hours.

catch% is the price change at the moment we caught the ticker, frozen at catch — it never updates. peak% is the highest price the ticker reached in that same session afterwards, refreshed every five minutes during the live cycle and frozen at session close against bar-resolution truth. The gap between them — the catch-to-peak delta — is the only honest measure of how early we caught the move. Read the methodology page for the full canonical rule.

The plans differ only in commitment and price: Weekly ($29/wk) is the most flexible — pause anytime, no trial. Monthly ($69/mo) includes a 3-day free trial and is the most popular tier. Yearly ($399/yr) saves 52% versus paying monthly and adds priority support plus early access to new tools.

Yes — the monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial. The weekly plan has no trial since it is already commitment-free at $29/week, and the yearly plan does not include a trial either. Cancel any time during the monthly trial and you are not charged.

Yes. Subscriptions cancel anytime from the billing portal — no calls, no emails, no retention scripts. The weekly plan is functionally month-to-month at week-level granularity. The monthly and yearly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

No. Nothing BullAlert publishes — alerts, scores, tier grades, momentum reads, RVOL multipliers, pattern labels, or daily reports — constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
